Is there a procedure for updating version v4.1.0-rc.5 (or any other version 4) to the latest version 6.0?

Welcome to this forum.
Not yet, as the 6.0.0 is not officially released.
However, can you please explain how your version is installed, as we recommand now to use the docker composition to deploy the software.
From the database perspective, all the updates are now handled by Flyway, so it should be automatic.
We removed the old referentials, the one that are not maintained anymore. So the update leads to the deletion of the audits related to these referentials
But as with all major migrations, we recommend backing up the current database.

I have update our the version to the version 6.x and it’s working pretty good with docker.
I just spend some time to migrate the database, but it’s now working fine.
