How on earth do I create a new project or begin evaluating a page or a site with this?
I got here no problem:

Looking at the docs here:

They want me to look for a “Audit pages link”, but I don’t even have a valid project to work on. How do I create new projects?
This documentation needs to start from Step 1, rather than 2 or 3.
