I already have asqatasun web-ui running without any issues… also, i have runner working on the same machine… now i have installed jenkins on the same box… i wanted to check do i need to run any mysql scripts as outlined for the runner… or since runner and web are on same machine and pointing to same DB that should not be required…

What do you want to check exactly?
The webapp, the runner and jenkins all write on the same DB.
They all need to be set-up to point to the same DB.
That is what is required to make it work.
